We did two brilliant tours with Nadia - her 'mythology' tour of the Acropolis and her Eleusinian Mysteries tour as well. They were both the highlights of our holiday in Athens. We probably weren't an easy group - I had my 15 year old daughter (who is studying Classics) and my 76 year old mother with me, but Nadia pitched it just right on both tours and made the days we spent with her both fun, interesting and really educational. She really brought the sites to life and we learnt so much from her. We really missed her on the days when we chose to do things by ourselves! She was very patient with all of my questions, knew the answer to everything we asked and her passion for Greece and it's history was quite contagious!Thank you so much Nadia for bringing my daughter's Classics lessons to life for her, and for sharing your knowledge with us.

Everything about our tours with Nadia was excellent. She was super helpful with the advance arrangements (found her via Matt Barrett) and with the follow up after for any questions we had! We did two of her tours- a historical, walking tour and the next day the Acropolis & Ancient Agora tour.. she is extremely well versed in the archaeological aspects & history generally which is what we’d hoped for. Most importantly Nadia provided a factual/historical tour of the importance of sites in Ancient Agora in the formation of democracy & democratic institutions.. We talk about this part still- given world events today.. I recommend planning well n advance to book Nadia’s service. We went in early October and found this to be a perfect time of year for a visit generally. She also kept the tour pace to our needs -we’re mid 60’s and fairly active. The last thing to mention is her meeting-up directions- this being our first time in Greece-she was very skilled at getting us where we needed to be.. thanks to her we had an excellent start to our month long vacation in Greece!

Nadia was recommended to us by a trusted and scholar friend and we toured with her the Acropolis and the Ancient Agora. It turned out to be an excellent recommendation! Nadia is extremely interesting, adjusting perfectly to her audience’s level of knowledge, interest and needs. She is fluent both in English and Spanish and very friendly. It was definitely worth the investment and I regretted not to have her with us to visit other sites we were not able to understand and enjoy as fully as those that she showed us.Besides, she gave us valuable advice about restaurants and things to visit. It was finally an opportunity to meet a Greek local who could explain to us trends and typical features of her people. Do not hesitate to contact her!

Thank you Nadia for what was such an enlightening and knowledgable tour of the Acropolis! We loved every minute of all the knowledge that Nadia had to share and the patience, as my husband took and asked Nadia to take, so many photos. Her wealth of knowledge is endless and she was so happy to share her passion and love for all she knows with us. Every minute was well worth it.Thank you Nadia, it was such a pleasure.

Where to start. We had the pleasure of having Nadia as our guide for seven days in Athens and three day trips to Delphi, Sounio and the Temple of Poseidon, and Argolis. Nadia is super smart, knowledgeable, professional, kind and so friendly. We hated to part company with her at the end of our seven days. She had become like family. We can truly say that we enjoyed every moment with her. Our 25 year old daughter just adored her. Our daughter loves street art and Nadia arranged the most fantastic time for us exploring the street art of Athens. We went to all the major museums and sites; she was never boring. She also knew when we needed a break and always took us to just the right places for a drink and a snack. She always had time for our questions. Her English is excellent, as is her Spanish. You could not find a better guide in all of Greece. Book her early. As you can imagine she is very popular.

My husband Jim and I were joined by our best friends on a fabulous trip to Greece. By far, the finest and best part of Athens was meeting Nadia and touring with her through historical sites and off the beaten path. She is a passionate Athenian who reveres and honors her ancestry. This Greek American absolutely adores the Athenian Nadia who is a gem filled with historical and cultural knowledge. Cannot wait to return to take another tour!

Nadia came highly recommended through a mutual friend and was my husband and I’s tour guide in Athens in November 2019. Through Nadia’s website, we requested a tour that was ‘off-the-beaten-path’; we were staying in Athens for several days and wanted to see beyond the typical tourist sites in the downtown area. Nadia catered to our request wonderfully and showed us many areas downtown that we would not have found on our own. We saw hidden areas of the old fortified wall, murals with interesting stories, and received recommendations on where to eat and what to see in our remaining time. Nadia is incredibly knowledgeable and her background and warmth make for a truly enriched experience. My husband and I would not only highly recommend her, we would be delighted to contact her again when in the Athens area!
